These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website lavee.ma, published by LAVEE, a concierge and short-term rental management agency based in Marrakech.

Using the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Purpose of the site

The site presents the concierge and rental management services offered by LAVEE to owners of riads, villas and apartments in Marrakech. It also allows visitors to contact the agency for an estimate or a quote.

The site does not constitute a contractual offer or a management commitment. Any service is subject to a separate management contract signed between LAVEE and the owner.

3. Access

Access to the site is free. Internet access costs and usage remain the sole responsibility of the user.

LAVEE aims to keep the site accessible at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The site may be suspended for maintenance, updates or any cause beyond the publisher's control.

4. User behaviour

The user undertakes to:

• not to impair the integrity of the site;
• not to attempt to access non-public areas of the site or to bypass its security measures;
• not to use the site for fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purposes;
• provide accurate information when filling in a form.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, photographs, graphics, logo, LAVEE trademark, layout, source code) are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any process and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from LAVEE.

The site may contain links to third-party sites (Airbnb, Booking, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.). LAVEE exercises no control over those sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content, their privacy policy or the use made of them.

7. Limitation of liability

Information published on the site (prices, estimates, service descriptions) is provided for information only and may change without notice. LAVEE cannot be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the information published or for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the site.

LAVEE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of consultation.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, unless overriding mandatory legal provisions apply.
