1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected via lavee.ma is LAVEE, whose details appear in the legal notice.

2. Data collected

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our forms or contact channels:

• First name and, where applicable, last name;
• Email address and/or phone number (WhatsApp);
• Information about your property (type, neighbourhood, number of bedrooms, standing) when you request an estimate;
• The content of your message;
• Anonymised technical browsing data (see our cookie policy).

3. Purposes

Your data is used to:

• respond to your information or quote request;
• produce a rental revenue estimate;
• maintain the commercial relationship;
• improve the quality of our site and services (anonymised audience measurement).

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on:

• Your consent, when you complete a form or contact us;
• Pre-contractual measures, to respond to your request;
• Our legitimate interest, to improve our services.

5. Recipients

Your data is intended for the LAVEE team. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

It may be hosted or processed by technical providers (hosting, email, WhatsApp Business) contractually bound to confidentiality.

6. Transfers outside Morocco

Some providers (Vercel hosting, WhatsApp) are located outside Morocco and may process data from abroad. Such transfers occur under conditions offering an adequate level of protection.

7. Retention

• Quote / estimate requests: up to 3 years after last contact;
• Email correspondence: up to 3 years after last exchange;
• Anonymised browsing data: 13 months maximum.

8. Your rights

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and, for EU residents, the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• right of access to your data;
• right to rectification;
• right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• right to object;
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to portability;
• right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to us at admin@agencelavee.com. We will reply within a reasonable timeframe and no later than 30 days.

9. Complaint

In Morocco, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) — cndp.ma.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.

This policy may change. Any modification will be published on this page with a new update date.
